Can I switch plans?
Yes — you can move between Lonzo Agenda and Lonzo Assistant at any time, through Google Play, where your subscription is billed. Tapping Manage plan in Lonzo Agenda takes you there from either the app or the web app. It's a plan change on your existing subscription rather than a cancel-and-resubscribe, and Google Play handles the pricing adjustment.
Upgrading takes effect as soon as the purchase is verified, and nothing is re-provisioned: your Google connection, your classified mail, and your Agenda carry forward. Downgrading turns Assistant capabilities back into upgrade prompts; the Assistant-only state behind them (history rollups, insights, learned priority) is retained, not deleted, so re-upgrading restores it. A downgrade deletes nothing and archives nothing — those capabilities simply stop being available until you upgrade again. See Subscription & Billing Terms for the specifics.
