Delete your Lonzo account
Request deletion of your Lonzo account and all the data we hold, by email, without installing the app or signing in.

Deletion is permanent after 7 days
You can ask us to restore the account within 7 days. After that your encryption keys are destroyed and the data cannot be recovered — by you or by us. If you only want to stop the assistant reading your mail, disconnect Google instead (see below).
Request deletion by email
Email support@lonzo.ai from the email address on the account with the subject Delete my account. Include:
- the email address of the account, and
- the words "I request deletion of my account and data".
We verify that the request comes from the account's own address, then start deletion. We acknowledge the request within a few business days.
What is deleted
- Your Lonzo account and profile.
- Everything Lonzo derived from your mail and calendar — its cached copies of messages and events, its classifications, summaries, drafts, insights, and activity history.
- Your reminders and any assistant conversations.
- Your connected-Google authorization (revoked), and your stored access tokens.
- Your per-account encryption keys, which are destroyed — making any residual encrypted copy unreadable.
What is not deleted, and why
- Your Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts. Those are yours and live in Google. Lonzo only ever holds a short-lived cache, so deleting your Lonzo account destroys that cache and leaves your Google data untouched.
- Records we are required to keep. A small set of security and billing records is retained where law requires it — authentication audit events (at least 90 days) and payment/tax records. These are retained, minimized, and never used to rebuild your assistant.

If you only want to disconnect Google
You do not have to delete your account to cut off access to your mail and calendar. Account → Connected → Disconnect revokes the authorization and stops all reading, and keeps your account. See How do I disconnect Google?.
