What does it ask before doing?
The assistant asks first whenever an action is sensitive, hard to undo, or outside a permission you've granted. When it's unsure whether something is sensitive, it surfaces it as a decision rather than guessing.
These come to you as an approval before the action happens — you approve or deny, and denying (or dismissing) means it doesn't act. Routine, reversible things within your granted permissions it handles quietly and records. The safe default always wins: when in doubt, it asks.
