How do I pause the assistant?

You can pause the assistant entirely from within the app. Pausing stops it from acting while keeping your account and Google connection intact, so you can resume whenever you want.

If you want to stop it more completely, you can narrow or revoke any specific permission, or disconnect Google altogether. Disconnecting stops all activity immediately.
