What am I not allowed to do?
You agree not to misuse the service — no illegal activity, no attempts to break or abuse system integrity, and no using the assistant to send unsolicited or abusive communications. The full rules are in the Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy.
Because the assistant acts in your name in your accounts, these rules protect both you and the people you correspond with. Violations can lead to suspension or termination as described in the Terms of Use.
