What does Needs Attention mean?
Needs Attention is the top band of your Agenda: the things that genuinely need you — a decision only you can make, an approval, or a meaningful update. As you clear items, the next-ranked ones take their place.
It is deliberately short. The assistant defaults to handling routine things quietly rather than piling everything here — surfacing everything would just recreate the inbox it's meant to spare you. If the band is empty, that means the top is genuinely clear, not that something is broken.
