How do I sign out everywhere?
Reset your password. Setting a new password ends every other active session, so it is the self-service way to sign out everywhere: choose to reset from the sign-in screen, open the emailed link, and set a new password. Every other device then has to sign in again.
Log out in Account → Account ends the session on the device you're using — that one device only. Sessions also expire on their own after a period of inactivity. If you've lost a device or think someone else has access, reset your password (that covers every session at once) and, if you want the connection to your mail cut immediately as well, use Account → Connected → Disconnect.
